What is a FAQ?
FAQ stands for frequently asked questions. Here I have assembled a collections of questions that someone might have or have had about the list.

What is Reunion?
Reunion is an e-mail mailing list for Big Sky fans. It doesn’t matter if you have been following the band for years or if you just saw your first show recently. The only thing you need for this list is an interest in the band, and an understanding of the nettiquite.

Why is the group called Reunion?
For two reasons, one Reunion is a song off of Light Hum Serinade, Big Sky's first CD. Two a reunion loosely defined is a gathering of people with a common interest and that is what I see the list as.

What is the nettiquite?
The set of rules that are general good e-mail practices and rules specific to the list. It can be found here.

Why can't I see who is subscribed to the list?
I have done this because of spammers joining the list to harvest e-mail addresses. I want everyone to be able to join without me making it a list where the moderator has to approve subscribers, this would chase people off and would not be foolproof against e-mail harvesting.

Why do you restrict new members from posting directly?
To prevent spammers from sending a mass e-mail to everyone and to make sure newbies stay on topic.

Does Big Sky allow taping at shows?
Yes, they do. This is what I received from Eric Manin about it: For future information, we encourage taping at our shows. If you ever have a problem, find me at the show (ask the merchandise table to find me) and I will ensure clearance.
